She was also a great source of info when it came to calls and questions about leasing. Move-in day went smoothly and the minor maintenance issues were fixed within the day! 45 Madison has always felt like home since I first visited the property even before living here. Sierra was so welcoming ... and made me feel like a valued resident before I even signed my lease! I have nothing but great things to say about life as a 45 Madison resident. Maintenance is always available and requests are completed well, and in a very timely manner! The building is beautiful, well-maintained and is always being enhanced to sustain the quality of life it feels its residents deserve.
